NOVA is a space for contemporary art and a platform for current questions of artistic practice and its (re)presentation. In exhibitions as well as other experimental formats, NOVA is dedicated to the discourse around the arts.

NOVA was founded in spring 2019 in collaboration with students of the Bauhaus University Weimar. It combines academic teaching with hands-on projects ranging from artistic to curatorial practice, exhibition management to architecture and communications – all within the context of a locally as well as globally oriented art field.
